Biography

Sheila Walker has established herself after over a decade in engineering and technical fields throughout Houston, Texas. She is an expert in technical writing, quality control/quality assurance, and infrastructure. Her background covers electronics, electrical, and mechanical engineering, research and development, testing and computer/network technology. She has worked with companies such as Goldston Engineering, Smith Drilling & Completions, National Oilwell, Shell, Input/Output (now ION, Inc). It was only until 2003 that she was able to truly expand on her ambition to educate young minds in the areas of reading, writing, mathematics and science.

Sheila Walker is currently a Technical Writer for Information Development, Inc. (Halliburton/Sperry Drilling Services).
